Myrrh has held a strong place in histories around the world as a ceremonial incense resin for over 5,000 years. It is traditionally used in prayer, offerings, as a meditative aid, for energetic protection, cleansing and purification, clearing the mind, as a medicine, and much more. Myrrh is warm, spicy, balsamic, and slightly viscous in aroma.

How to use: Burn our incense resins on top of our Natural Charcoal. Sprinkle small granules of resin onto a red hot charcoal and enjoy. You can also crush or powder our resins and add them to your incense recipes.

Includes: 1 oz resin

Origins: Our Myrrh resin is sustainably harvested and ethically sourced directly from tribal co-operative members in Somalia. These particular wild harvesters are trained in how to caretake the trees and even expand their populations. All of our products at Higher Mind Incense are free of chemicals or pesticides and are fair-trade and ethically sourced.
